Complaint Form

Describe your complaint, while giving the address to which it relates, and your personal details. Please state the service provider you are complaining about if you know it.

Before filing a complaint with EETT, consumers must submit any question/request/complaint first to their service provider who is required to respond in writing within 20 calendar days.

Otherwise, consumers may address to EETT – on issues of its competence – including:

  • full contact information and e-mail address
  • the unique reference number that the provider is obliged to give to each question/request/complaint submitted in writing
  • any written communication with the provider
Please note that the role of EETT is to regulate issues for consumer protection in the electronic communications sector, to supervise and monitor the implementation of the relevant legislation and to impose sanctions. EETT uses consumers’ complaints for the exercise of its supervisory and monitoring role. For the out-of-court dispute resolution related to the contractual conditions and/or the execution of contracts for the provision of electronic communications networks and/or services the responsible body is the Hellenic Consumers’ Ombudsman. For the restoration of any personal property or moral damage, consumers should address to the competent courts.
